I recently stayed at a hotel in Kamala, and I was amazed at how clean and well-maintained everything was. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The hotel also had a modern gym and a restaurant with delicious food. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although Easy to walk to the beach and next to the big c shopping centre, this hotel is not that great. the rooms are clean, but small, with a bathroom that is not well maintained. the staff service is mediocre and the breakfast choices are limited. There are not many good facilities around, and the views are average at best.

The hotel is located in a noisy area, with lots of disturbances in the night.

It is just a short walk away from the beautiful beach, allowing me to easily enjoy the sun and sand. the proximity to shops and restaurants was also a great convenience, as I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. the rooftop pool provided stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to relax after a long day of work or exploring.

This hotel is in a great location, right on the main street and near to everything I needed, including restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were clean and well-maintained. Transportation was easily accessible, with taxis and tuk-tuks right outside the door.

The rooms at Ratana Apart Hotel Kamala are fantastic! They have everything you need, like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a fridge, and a telephone. I loved the private bathrooms with either a bathtub or a shower, and they even provide complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Plus, each room comes with complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea makers. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Honestly, I wasn't a big fan of the bathtubs in the private bathrooms. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

The hotel I stayed at during New Year was pretty decent. The rooms were adequately sized and the plumbing worked well. The location was central and it was easy to get around. The best aspects were the great value and quality of the food. The lunch offerings were particularly impressive and reasonably priced. Also, the public areas were modern and clean with satisfactory gym facilities.

The hotel had a few negative aspects. The air conditioning was not effective and made the whole building hot and stuffy, which was extremely unpleasant. Also, there was a strong odor in the bathroom which seemed to come from the pipes. Lastly, the cleaning of the pool area could have been better, as it was littered with cans and food boxes. I was slightly disappointed and would consider other options next time.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. The highlight of our stay was the helpfulness of the receptionists, who went above and beyond to assist us with renting a car and finding our way around. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the limited breakfast options and the occasional noise from ongoing construction, we had an overall pleasant experience at this hotel. Highly recommend!

The cable TV was a great addition, providing plenty of entertainment for the whole family. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings and watching our favorite shows together. The free Wi-Fi was also a bonus, allowing us to easily stay connected and share our vacation photos with friends and family back home.

For dads, it would be great if there were more outdoor activities for the children.
